For guests
01How do I connect to the Wi‑Fi?
Choose the venue's network; on the page that opens, enter your phone number and type the 6-digit code sent by SMS.
02The code didn't arrive. What should I do?
After 60 seconds, tap “Resend code”. If you entered the wrong number, you can fix it with “Change”.
03What is my number used for?
Only for sign-in verification and legal record-keeping. You won't receive marketing SMS.
04My session has ended.
You can reconnect with the same steps. The venue decides the session length.
For businesses
01Can I use my own logo on the welcome page?
Yes. The page carries your venue's logo, with a small “with Wifi Cebimde” note at the bottom.
02Can I send promotional SMS to guests' numbers?
No. Commercial messages require separate consent from the guest (ETK / İYS); the number collected for Wi‑Fi sign-in is not used for this purpose.
03Can I see the guest list?
Yes. In the panel, you see connected guests with their connection times and session lengths; numbers are masked.
04I have more than one branch.
You can manage your branches under the same account [DOĞRULA]. Live monitoring from one panel is coming with Wifi Cebimde 2.0.

01Does Wifi Cebimde meet my obligations under Law No. 5651?
By keeping your Wi‑Fi logs with a timestamp, it helps with your record-keeping. For details of the obligations, please consult your legal advisor.
02How long are logs kept?
For the period prescribed by legislation [DOĞRULA].
03Are the sites guests visit logged?
No. Logs include device, time, IP and session information; browsing history is not kept [DOĞRULA].

03Do my guests pay for the Wi‑Fi?
No. Guests connect for free; the service is billed to the business annually.

Plans are based on how many guests are connected at the same time during peak hours. Our plan finder shows you in seconds.
