01Do my guests pay for the Wi‑Fi?
No. Your guests use the Wi‑Fi for free. The Wifi Cebimde service is billed to the business annually.
02What's included in the prices?
Plan prices are the annual service fee. Whether VAT, the device and installation are included is confirmed in the quote [DOĞRULA].
03What does “concurrent users” mean?
It's the number of guests connected to the Wi‑Fi at the same time. What matters is the number at your busiest moment, not the total number of guests during the day.
04Can I change my plan later?
When your guest numbers grow, you can move up to the next plan [DOĞRULA].
